Why you must not ignore your joint pain-

Joint damage from disease or injury can cause pain, limitations in movement and reduced functionality of that joint. This can lead to overcompensation in other surrounding joints or limbs and even the whole body, putting more stress on them which will lead to wear and tear faster with more pain and prolonged dysfunction; and so a vicious cycle starts.
